I would like to take the time to draw attention to these rules for patrol members..

Its vital to follow them as any divergence from them leaves people (yourself and others) open to unnecessary danger, and scrutiny from the authorities which could put even more people in danger too.

If you're planning on patrolling, then please take this seriously. Its not just a jaunt, people's safety are at real risk.
