WHY IS CARNEY HIDING THE DETAILS OF THE TRADE DEAL FROM CANADIANS?

With all due respect Mr. Prime Minister, stop lying to your people.

Carney keeps telling Canadians the trade talks broke down because of Trump, and that the economy is strong enough to ride out a fight with the United States. Both of those are sales pitches. Not the truth.

He would rather look tough than get a deal that keeps people working. That is pride. That is not leadership.

Canada should be strengthening its economy, not picking a fight that weakens it.

Pay your fair share of NATO. Pay for your own defense. Stop pretending a trade war with America is some badge of honor. It is not.

It makes Canada weaker.

10 years of liberalism in Canada is proof that it doesn’t work.

The Liberals spent a decade talking the country into this corner. Weak growth. Higher costs.

A country that used to be able to stand next to the U.S. market and now acts shocked when that market pushes back.

You do not pick a trade war with the customer who buys what you sell and then tell people it is fine.
