Feeling so lucky because my parents surprised me with a trip to the WCWS games for my 14th birthday 🥹

I got to go with my mom to watch two teams battle it out in the championship series & one of them win a National Championship on my birthday!! It was so much fun watching these teams play. I cannot describe how amazing the vibe was. These players are such an inspiration!

My high school varsity season has finished up & I’m so proud of how much our young team has grown.

I’m so honored to receive Second Team All Star Award from the Northern Kentucky Softball Coaches Association for my achievements this season. The event was full of my local high school softball peers & it was so fun to hear all of their achievements and be surrounded by talent.

I had the day off yesterday so I decided to do some long toss to work on my speed, along with working on not slowing down on my change up.

We have a big week ahead with high school, and district game on Sunday!

We had a big win last night for district seeding. So proud of my team for really digging deep to get a win. Together we had 19 hits! We are 1-1 so far in district games, & rallying together to fight for one more tomorrow night!

I went 4 for 4, with 2 RBIs.
I had 12 strikeouts in the circle, only allowing 3 hits.

I was able to squeeze in both a hitting lesson & pitching lesson this morning before a busy week of HS ball and travel ball.

At hitting I focused on keeping my foot going straight to the pitcher on inside pitches & driving the ball with a hard swing on change ups.

At pitching I focused on staying tall thru my pitch & at finish. We worked spots & spin while staying with my mechanics.

I wasn’t playing softball today, but I was watching two of my favorite teams play. Such a fun day of watching softball & learning from the best. It was a great game!

While my High School team had the week off, I had the chance to sub with a travel team in a 14u tournament.

We went undefeated for 5 games, until falling short in the championship in double overtime.

The girls were so welcoming & a lot of fun to play with!!

A few highlights for the weekend:

2 diving catches in RF for the outs

Striking out 7 of 15 batters, only giving up 3 hits
