They obviously like to randomly do so to anyone getting this type of stuff.

Dislike having to make a post like this, but it's been months since @jackalman6 gave any updates on a commission I paid for in March.

Lesson: Don't use "Friends or Family" option for commissions. Can't force refunds.

Basic communication with artists shouldn't be this hard!
