@FedEx @FedExHelp I left the bed outside as instructed. It was eviction week in my area. someone took the bed. Now I’m out all that money & I didn’t get my new bed. FedEx refuses to do anything ~ I will NEVER EVER accept another delivery from FedEx again.

@FedEx @FedExHelp saw a guy with a FedEx shirt & 1 guy with a plain hoodie running towards a white truck. Called FedEx immediately, no help, they didn’t care they refused to come back & pick it up. I had to call my seller who told me to leave it outside & that UPS would get it

FedEx delivered my new bed on 12/01 ~ never knocked on my door,never rang my bell. I heard a loud thump when I looked outside, not only was it pouring rain, but my bed was tossed against my building in the muddy grass
