I’m going to drink heavily and let out a good cry if this story exists. I honestly have more hours into this game than probably any game ever in my life.
I mean look at my twitter profile header and pinned tweet image. I love Destiny.

Bungie has confirmed that Destiny 2’s final update, launching on June 9, will be more than just the end of new content.

The game’s lead developer said the update includes story content and a proper farewell for players, stating, “Yes, there’s story, yes, we get to say goodbye.”

The update, called Monument of Triumph, was announced on May 21 as the last new live-service release for Destiny 2 after 12 years of support.
After that, the game will move into maintenance mode but remain fully playable.

It literally took Destiny 2 having to shut down to bring SRL back. like.... i'm elated SRL is back but... with the heavy news of Destiny 2 officially ending... man; melancholy. I have Destiny since beta and my first PS4 was the white destiny version. I loved this universe. sad.

I keep forgetting I have this account. Such a bad gamer; no time to play; little time I do get have to update the pc crap; steam, nvidia, windoze; takes half the time; get into a game and can play like a couple strikes (portal activities) or an Arc raid... le sigh
