As I previously posted on this account and on another account: @Ryo Tomita283977, I have posted about the fact that a Kochi Prefectural Government administrative staff member was consistently leaking the planned bid price for the competitive bidding for the public information system to Kochi Electronic Computing Center Co., Ltd. (KCS). I also provided information to the Kochi District Public Prosecutors Office that I was a witness to the incident.
