Years ago, like almost a full decade ago, I remember reading about how social media only causes depression if you stay on one site all the time. It's probably propaganda to get people on as many sites as possible. But man site switching really does help out mentally.

@RPGMike @envinyon I should add: I went into XIV with full intentions to follow MSQ because I wanted an MMO to RP in, and it... didn't give me that. If anything, MSQ feels like it was written to be fundamentally anti-RP. It's infuriating.

@RPGMike @envinyon I went through all of MSQ on an alt after skipping initially because someone I knew at the time kept bugging me about it. They ended up completely 180ing & begged me to just skip it all because it made me so miserable.

Sometimes you just gotta let people play how they want.
