@SalamenceLvX @PuppiPoppi @Goreshx They will capitalize it but not this celebration considering it'll have STR Super 17 EZA and SEZA AGL Super 17 with it. Might be for a DFE 2nd form Cell that transforms to Perfect Cell. We never had 2nd Form Cell as a DFE, perfect spot to buff Power Absorption.
