@TheUfoJoe After a very deep dive into Lazar there are just too many inconsistencies in his narrative for me to believe him. His story doesn't make sense. You can add him not wanting to testify to the list. I would imagine he would definitely want to do that if his story was true.

@TheUfoJoe @tomdelonge After watching many of his interviews over the years, read his books etc. I get the feeling almost all of his theories are based off of past UFO researcher's info and very little is from the government, or the "General" het met with.
