I swear if somebody made a foul like Caruso just did on Castle in Europe police, military, prime minister would be involved and the season would be suspended for two months. Just a regular foul in the NBA not even a flagrant.
@TypujemyB I think it was by NBA PO standards. If people really love the hard fouls from 80s and 90s as much as they say they should accept it as a good hard foul.
Super excited about the UAE derby in the Euroleague. Also, happy to hear that Qatar might be interested to join in the future. But I'm sad that there are no news about a potential Saudi club. We must have a team from Saudi Arabia if we want to be a serious business.
A new Middle East basketball project is emerging with ambitions to enter the European basketball landscape in the coming years ๐
The project is expected to follow a path similar to Dubai Basketball: https://t.co/t7YhWcopie
@Bettingsks NBA clubs compete only in the NBA and are all from the same region. Meanwhile, European clubs try to hopelessely compete with Euroleague shareholders in the domestic leagues. I stand for the spirit of the sport and not the profit of 13 clubs across the whole Europe.
@Bettingsks Ok, I'll answer. I'm not upset about geography. I am upset that Euroleague is not based on sporting merit. You can't qualify through domestic leagues. And then some rich people in UAE can simply create a club and buy they're way in.
@ChemGiannisHC I am a small part of the Urbonus podcast crew. I don't work in the website. I don't write articles, I don't break news and I don't do posts on social media for BasketNews. So I'm not the right person to answer questions about all that.
@A39376A@Cockneys_Glf13 That scumbag has no ties witha a club for quite a long time. The club was named Lietuvos Rytas because of the newspaper he owns. Now the name is simply Rytas (morning) and has nothing to do with him or his newspaper.
