@DoubleGlazeHour Most manufacturers with British Standard accreditation will be using uprated hardware on triple glazed products. However I am sure there are many fabricators out there who will wonder why you are bringing it up.

@DrCaz_1000 It is norm for condensation to form on the outer pane of the glass. The moisture outside is demonstrating that the unit is working well in keeping heat inside your property. This has become an issue because energy conservation is the priority, frustratingly not the view also.

@ScottishGasMan The cavity could be closed of using a retro fit cavity closer, the window should be fitted 30mm onto the external brick and then you could insist on an expanding sealing tape around the perimeter of the window frame, you will however more than double the costs or installation.
@DoubleGlazeHour As a fabricator with limited space it has been essential to furlough staff in order to protect the health of our workforce. I could have tripled my workforce to meet demand but the well-being of my staff comes first. There are two sides to most situations.
I happened to be passing over the England Scotland Border at the same time as these inspirational guys. The were cycling from Dumfries to Windermere as part of a John O'Groats to Lands End cycle. I had to turn round and give them a little support. Keep it going lads. @iammorty
