@Butlins absolutely disgusted. Never ever stayed in an accommodation quite so filthy and staff so dismissive. Mould everywhere, broken doors and dirty dishes in the oven and microwave. Stains and wet sheets. Called customer services only to be told I was lying and was cleaned. 🥴
