क्या है पूरा मामला?

कागजों में सिर्फ 28 गज: रजिस्ट्री के अनुसार प्रॉपर्टी नंबर 6/1, जंगपुरा एक्सटेंशन का कुल माप केवल 23.60 वर्ग मीटर (लगभग 28 गज) है।

परमिशन सिर्फ दो मंजिल की: नियमों के ���हत इस पर केवल ग्राउंड फ्लोर और फर्स्ट फ्लोर बनाने की ही अनुमति थी।

मौके पर भारी उल्लंघन: अपने राजनैतिक रसूख के दम पर इस 28 गज की छोटी सी प्रॉपर्टी को करीब 300 गज के अवैध निर्माण में बदल दिया गया।

कौन हैं इसके पीछे के रसूखदार नाम?
इस पूरे अवैध निर्माण के पीछे सीधे तौर पर बड़े राजनैतिक रसूखदारों का नाम जुड़ा है:

1. श्री तरविंदर सिंह मारवहा (स्थानीय विधायक)

2. श्री अर्जुन पाल सिंह मारवहा (लाजपत नगर के निगम पार्षद)

आरोप है कि इन्हीं माननीय नेताओं के भाई और भतीजे द्वारा अपने प्रभाव का इस्तेमाल करके इस अवैध निर्माण को अंजाम दिया गया है।

अधिकारियों को विधायक की खुली धमकी! 🔥
मामला तब औ�� गंभीर हो जाता है जब कानून का पालन कराने वाले अधिकारियों को खुलेआम डराया जाता है। इस अवैध निर्माण को लेकर जब पूर्व MCD के DC श्री शाश्वत सौरव ने कार्रवाई करने की कोशिश की, तो विधायक तरविंदर सिंह मारवहा ने उन्हें सीधे शब्दों में धौंस दिखाते हुए कहा था— "मैं आज का नेता नहीं हूं!"

यह ब��ान साफ दर्शाता है कि इन नेताओं को न तो कानून का डर है और न ही प्रशासन का। अपने पुराने रसूख की धौंस दिखाकर ईमानदार अफसरों को काम करने से रोका जा रहा है।

A Mother Died. The Train Didn't Stop.

On 12 July 2026, aboard Train No. 12216 Garib Rath Superfast (Bandra–Delhi Sarai Rohilla), a woman lost her life after emergency medical help could not reach her in time.

Co-passengers pleaded with the TTE to halt the train at the nearest station so an ambulance could attend to her. The request was refused.

She died during the journey.

The most heartbreaking part? Her 18-year-old son, who was traveling with her, still believed his mother had only fainted.

A thorough inquiry is needed to determine whether railway staff followed emergency protocols and whether this tragedy could have been prevented.
