@FNBSA call centre is the most frustrating experience of my life. Started at the fraud desk, transferred to online banking, transferred to premier, and transferred back to fraud team. Over AN HOUR into an international call, I still don't have a solution!!!

@DStv_Kenya the technician came to fix a E48 error. Said he needed a new wall socket to fix it, I paid him to buy it, he never can back.
