Ran 26:11 pretty cool. Wanted to be faster but it was very fun and my foot fell asleep somehow. I was smiling too much and now my face is tired. Everything is all good looks like I’m back to running 😼

In 12 hours I will be running at my first event since I was injured in high school. It will also be my first 5k race. Hopefully there will be more to come and I continue to stay healthy 🙏
