THE MISSION SHIFTS. THE COMPASS HOLDS.

This was never the plan. Initially, the plan was to climb just G2. But just before setting off for Pakistan, I ran the numbers on my 8000m summits. That’s when it hit me: if I tick off Broad Peak whilst I’m here , only one remains “Cho Oyu.” Then I become the FIRST person in history to climb all 14 eight-thousanders twice. Without oxygen.

This wasn’t planned. The Hattrick project was the focus because it carried a bigger mission. But opportunities don’t scream: they whisper to those already working in silence.

Here’s the secret I’ve carried through every expedition: I never competed with anyone else. My only battle was against the man I was yesterday. Every single day, pushing my own limits. Because the moment you look sideways: at what others are doing, saying, achieving: you drift off your compass. Your heading is YOURS. Guard it fiercely.

They criticized me when I climbed the 14 without O’s during Project Possible. If you haven’t seen what that took, watch 14 Peaks on Netflix. That film is the unfiltered truth. I was there doing multiple rescues of climbers left behind by other expeditions, raising the funds myself, leading from the front, fixing our own lines, dealing with the Shishapangma permit with China, being at hospitals for my mum’s operation and so much more. And now? Now I’m heading for the double without oxygen: triple in total. The noise hasn’t stopped. I just stopped listening.

To those who still doubt: I already climbed all 5 of Pakistan’s 8000ers in just 26 days. Leading. Guiding. Without oxygen. Breaking the records of those who broke mine with oxygen. The receipts are there.

Broad Peak, I ask for nothing but safe passage up and back down. I take zero mountains for granted. Not one. The moment my foot leaves basecamp, it’s 100%. Always has been. Always will be.

This one is dedicated to everyone who carried me here. Supporters. Critics. All of you. Without both sides, there is no fire. So thank you genuinely.

My purpose has never been about me. It’s about what I represent. It’s about showing YOU that your own mountains—whatever they are—are climbable.

كانت أول امرأة عُمانية تبلغ #قمة_إيفرست، وأول عربية تصل إلى قمتي K2 ونانغا باربات، وحققت إنجازات تار��خية على قمم عالمية أخرى، لتصبح رمزًا للعزيمة والإصرار، ومصدر إلهام لكل شاب وشابة حول العالم يؤمنان بأن الأحلام تُصنع بالإرادة والعمل.

رحلت #نظيرة وهي تسير في الدرب الذي أحبته، لكن إرثها سيبقى خالدًا، وستظل سيرتها عنوانًا للشجاعة والطموح وحب الوطن.

نسأل الله تعالى أن يتغمدها بواسع رحمته، وأن يسكنها فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم أسرتها الكريمة ومحبيها الصبر والسلوان.

When the Zionist whores in British and French (and Egyptian, Jordanian, and Turkish) establishments feel the ground shake beneath their feet, they will change the tone.

The ability of European governments to function while they support a Holocaust must be severely and irreparably disrupted.

London and Paris should close completely, and demonstrators need to threaten invading government buildings and palaces.

Let them try to arrest a million people.

No more demonstration to show support. Those are a waste of time. We need demonstrations that demand immediate change, severing of ties, immediate full suspension of military aid, and a ban on high-level visits from Israel. This needs to happen under a threat of bringing the whole system to a stop.

Israel is speeding up the extermination. In 6 months, all of Gaza will be dead. It is time for the resistance to decide if it's serious, or just a pastime.

Because this will stop, I promise you, the day we decide it must stop, whatever the cost.

@British_Airways Here’s the last email from them and from me, where I’m repeatedly asking to explain the disparity in treating two passengers on the same flight differently. My case was treated as a delay whereas with my travel companion it was acknowledged that it was a cancellation

What is getting clearer at this unique moment, is that Hamas, a small Palestinian movement, defeated not only Israel, but the entire West. All of it. It won on the battlefield, and it won in public opinion. It managed to make spectacular use of its reading of Israeli mentality, and it employed every asset it had with extreme efficiency.

It won hearts for the Palestinian cause the world over.

It has not been destroyed or dismantled. It kept virtually every captive it took 6 months ago. It yielded to no pressure. It remains functional and lethal, in a besieged and bombed to oblivion tiny strip if land

History will judge the last six months as one of the most genius and unbelievable achievements in all military history. This is beyond unfathomable.

By waging this war this way, by not thinking or feeling, Israel made Hamas a legend of resistance that will live in cultural memory for ages.

No one believed they could pull this off. But they did. And they changed history forever. Palestine is never returning to the shadows again. Hamas won.

Israel is now officially on trial for #genocide. That means all third parties that have offered material support for this genocide, including the UK and US, are on trial for complicity. Israel is not defending itself. It is defending its 76-year-old ethnic cleaning, colonial occupation and its suppression and denial of Palestinian rights. It is we, the Palestinian people under occupation, that have the right to self-defence.
