@VodafoneUK Managed to get someone on chat and getting new router sent out. I won't be calling from a non Vodafone mobile to rack up calling costs that shouldn't be needed. Can't call from landline as Router want working. Maybe a booking system where you call back would work.

App isn't working (yes, uninstalled multiple times).

Router reset/unplugged, multiple times.
