Sometimes this prayer is exactly what I need. Hope it helps someone out there today.

Good morning Father,

I thank you for you and your kingdom. Forgive me Lord for my sins, known and unknown. Thank you for the blood of Jesus that washed sins away from me. I also forgive those who sin against me. Even the ones who I do not even know about. I forgive them all and release them back to you.

I resist you satan and you must flee from me. Submit yourself to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. - James 4:7

I put on my whole armor of God - My helmet of salvation, my breastplate of righteousness. I gird my loins with the belt of truth. I shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace. I take up my shield of faith and my sword of the Spirit, which is the mighty Word of God, and I reject every fiery dart satan sends my way. I pray in the Spirit with all kinds of prayers and requests. I am alert. (Ephesians 6:10-18) I set my will to be obedient to everything You tell me to do. I appropriate the benefits of the blood of Jesus over myself and my family and all that concerns us. I receive all that was accomplished on the cross of Jesus Christ for me and my family.

Kingdom of darkness, you listen to me. I hold the blood of Jesus over all things pertaining to me and I forbid you having anything to do with me and my family members (I speak all the names of my family members, husband, kids, spouses and their mates, my siblings and my husband’s siblings and their families, my living parent/s his and in law’s - you have the authority !!). You and your agents of darkness cannot touch us. You cannot touch our properties, pets, finances, physical and mental health, our places of school and work, professions and the tools we use, the governments in which we are seated (city, county, state and US).

In the Name of Jesus and in the authority He gives (Luke 10:19), over myself and all my family members, I break every hex, vex, spell, incantation, all voodoo, black magic, white magic, prayers of witches and warlocks, all psychic and soul-ish prayers, all forms of witchcraft, all negative words and word curses, all negative soul ties, and all generational curses on all sides of my family, sent out against us. I break that power, cancel those assignments and effects, and render it all powerless in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father I ask you to send your angels on our behalf today (Hebrews 1:14) to keep us all on the paths of righteousness for Your namesake and to go before us to accomplish everything You would have us do today. I bind our bodies, souls, and spirits to Your will, Lord Jesus. (Matthew 16:19). Order our steps Lord and use us all for Your glory. May others see Jesus in my life today. Amen.

🚨Pete Hegseth isn’t backing down.🚨

During a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing, Sen. Jack Reed went after Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for his “intense interest in Christianity” and nationalism.
Hegseth’s response was direct and unapologetic:
“I don’t know what you’re insinuating, Senator, but I am not ashamed of my faith in Jesus Christ. And if you want to shame me for it, go ahead.”

He made clear he is an open believer while noting that the Defense Department accommodates people of many faiths. He also pushed back against what he called character smears: “I’ve heard the likes of things that people like you suggest, to try to smear my character, and I won’t give in to it.”

This isn’t new for Hegseth. Since taking office he’s spoken openly about his faith, including at a Pentagon town hall where he said he starts each morning praying for “the wisdom to see what is right and good and true—and the courage to do it.”

Faith. Leadership. No apologies.

They pushed back hard — citing culture, faith, and sovereignty.

Because every single person in it knows what it feels like to have nothing. And people who came from nothing never take anything for granted.
Tonight, say one prayer for this entire administration. And say a bigger one for the man who chose them.

There's a conversation in the Bible where Satan admits there are some people he can't touch... and almost nobody talks about it.
Most people read the book of Job and focus on everything he lost. But I was reading Job 1, and God showed me something that completely shifted my perspective. Before Job's wealth, before the attacks, before the tragedy... God first described Job's character. The Bible says Job was "blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil." That wasn't just an introduction it was Heaven's testimony about him before anything else happened.

Then the scene changes from earth to heaven. The angels present themselves before the Lord, and Satan shows up. God asks him, "Where have you come from?" Satan replies that he has been roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth. In other words, he was searching. Then God asks Satan one question: "Have you considered my servant Job?" What Satan says next stopped me in my tracks. Satan replies, "Have You not put a hedge around him, his household, and everything he has?" Think about that. The enemy himself acknowledged that there was a boundary around Job that he could not cross without God's permission.

What qualified Job for that kind of covering? It wasn't his money. It wasn't his influence. It wasn't his success. The Bible says he was blameless, upright, feared God, and shunned evil. Before Heaven celebrated his blessings, Heaven testified about his character.
I wonder how many of us spend more time praying for God's protection than pursuing the kind of life that attracts His covering. Job reminds us that reverence for God, integrity, and obedience matter. Character isn't just about reputation it has spiritual consequences.
