That video circulating of a Divorce Proceeding is a very NORMAL OCCURRENCE in our Courts. I have appeared the Same Magistrate who I must say is always very HUMOUROUS & ACCOMODATIVE, does divorce proceedings very seamlessly. As a Family Law Practitioner, I have many times asked my clients to take time reflect if they TRULY WANT TO PROCEED. Where they are not sure, I accept the same & give more Time. Many may not understand the Gender Dimension of this. Divorce Processes have VERY CONSEQUENTIAL REPERCUSSIONS especially on Women more than it has on men. The process of moving on is often never seamlessly on their End.✅

Definitely out of that experience & knowing that some couples worry so much on Matrimonial Property Division, Children & more, it is very understandable & not a shame for that woman to have sought more Time. If it works again, I am often happier as an Advocate, if it falls, well same.

If this Gachagua Impeachment decision gets to the Supreme Court & indeed it will, the CJ KOOME cannot sit. She must RECUSE HERSELF having gone to a TV/RADIO media to express her views on Impeachment & the state of its finality. Clearly in clash with Article 99(3) of the Constitution. Such are the REASONS I said here the @Kenyajudiciary should avoid the business of MEDIA PRESENCE by Judges & Magistrates. Let the Administrators do those things. Out here are enough Experts in Law to deal with any issues of National Importance. Judges are not beyond the HOLY GRAIL but are elevated & have a higher calling, I should not meet a Judge in the corridors of Standard Media running for a Show. In our Physical Courts, there is a reason they sit on a RAISED GROUND, it is not a Housing Design for cosmetic reasons.
