My mother was assisting in paediatric surgery when a surgeon made a pedophilic joke related to Epstein files. The whole room laughed. She didn't. After surgery he asked my mother why she didn’t laugh. She simply said: “because i have a daughter, Don't you?" He got offended & asked the leadership (most of them are men lol) to remove her from the team. She got fired. So no, women are not ruining workplaces. It's men and their pathetic humor
