@jesslynnrose Everyone is different. When I moved to remote work, my big epiphany was that I do best on a whopping 9.5 hours of sleep. Once I started getting that amount 7 days/wk (give or take no more than 30 min), I felt well rested for the first time in my entire adult life. Ignore the app!
