1. The hardest problem in dApps isn't scaling.
It's identity: a Decentralized Identifier (DID) proves you control a key, but not that a real, trustworthy person stands behind it.
That gap is why most on-chain identity never touched regulated finance.

Governments become the issuer, like a national ID, but cryptographic, verifiable, and controlled by the users.
By 2027, regulated financial services in Europe must accept it.
