@vintedUK @vinted This isn't a complicated situation - we have photos of an intact item, photos of its secure packaging, and photos of it destroyed in transport. Refunding this should be quick and easy, you have all the information already. Please get in touch and fix this.

@vintedUK @vinted What is wrong with your customer service? Just had a query closed out because we "Did not provide necessary information within the given time". We responded to every message the same day. What does it take to get this reviewed by a human instead of AI?

@theatre_direct Bought an e-voucher hours ago but still haven't received a text or email with the ticket. You won't take our call (even within your stated opening hours), and a 5 day turnaround for online tickets doesn't work - this is a present for tomorrow. What the hell?

@cineworld Trying to book recliner seats for Mickey 17 at the O2 Greenwich at 8:10 tomorrow. Every time I book it doesn't go through (though you still take my money). The seats I book still appear as taken though. Pretty sure I can empty your whole theatre if I keep doing this!
