go to bed at 10 pm, wake up at 5 am, do 30 minutes of light exercise, and drink warm water with lemon. It’s been two weeks, and honestly, I feel more productive and I don’t even crave coffee anymore 😎
I used to drink coffee every day for years. Sometimes 4 cups a day. It made it hard to fall asleep, but without it, I felt tired all day.
So I decided to quit coffee and completely change my routine:
Strasbourg is a beautiful and peaceful city. Perfect for a short trip to relax and reset. But staying longer? It's just too boring. I don’t get how people live here for years 😶
