The question is... 1- Do they want to integrate into our community and become part of who we are, renouncing their own unique ethnic identity, originating from Europe and not from here, to become like us?
Or are they just temporary visitors who couldn't find a neighboring country to welcome them amidst a war and therefore had to cross seas and come to Canada, a safe place while Ukraine fights the war? We need to understand the purpose of their coming here, and we also need to understand the purpose of bringing more people from Manitoba from such distant places, and if Manitoba needs people, they should come from this same land, from the south. We have countless indigenous communities that will adapt and integrate into the culture of the people of Manitoba and will adapt better because they share the same origin. To be honest, Ukrainians will find more people from the Ukrainian community in British Columbia @WabKinew . Thank you for your generosity with The European community in your traditions territorial historical land. I adore what you do @WabKinew 💭⚜️🩶☁️👏🏻👏🏻
🇺🇦 Thank you to Ukrainian Ambassador Andrii Plakhotniuk for visiting Manitoba and for this meaningful gift.
The ceremonial mace is a symbol of democracy and a gesture of gratitude from the People of Ukraine to Manitobans for our support and friendship. Manitoba is proud of our deep Ukrainian roots.
Today we announced we are sending heavy equipment to Ukraine to assist in the war effort. Our support remains unwavering.
We will continue to stand with Ukraine as they defend our shared freedom. Slava Ukraini. 🇺🇦 🇨🇦
@MarkJCarney@MohamedBinZayed That's great, remember @MarkJCarney that we no longer want the private sector exploiting our natural resources. All natural resources will be the exclusive property of Canadians, and only citizens will enjoy the benefits. We need to organize the new order. ⚜️
Great Bear @WabKinew
I see you there over Manitoba…
Gray Cloud, is that you there...
Gray Cloud flying across the sky. I see you there over Manitoba as I said Wab 🩶☁️.
Yes, you were sent to help and governor. @WabKinew 💭🩶⚜️
To everyone impacted in Swan Valley and the Parkland region: we are here to help.
The scale and devastation of this flooding is hard to understand until you’re here in these communities, but it is massive. But so is the generosity of Manitobans stepping up to help their neighbours.
We will keep showing up for Manitobans. We will get through this as we always do, by doing this together.
