@Staples today was not “easy”. Your store on Harrodsburg Rd in Lexington, KY is disorganized and unwelcoming. Unfortunately it looked short staffed and I left without asking about a product. It was not the fault of the employees working today, but the entire management system.

@FitbitSupport I have tried that several times. It did not work. It still counts steps and syncs with my account. The screen was pixelated and when I tried the reset it went blank. All notifications buzz but nothing shows on the screen.
