Raised a complaint—called, chatted, emailed, did everything asked. And still, no resolution.
Finally, the agent said, “We’re just agents; the Swiggy team can help.”
Then why have complaint agents who can’t resolve complaints? 🤷‍♂️

our 8:40 PM flight on Nov 4 was delayed, then cancelled after an hour onboard. Rescheduled for 8 AM with no proper food,water,or stay arrangements. Families with kids & elderly suffered. Please ensure airlines handle such cases responsibly.
