Alex! fantastic channel! Thank you so much for direction and inspiration ! Started using open claw with opus and did many successful projects. tired of paying tokens so took the dive and now am running local with the spark! Had the system running thanks to your Local Model tutorial. was running good but seemed slow. working with my chatbot I found out that I had 2 versions of Qwen on the Spark (Qwen 3.30 B) on the model install the chatbot couldn't find the 3.6.27B so it opted to use 3.30b instead, I told the chatbot to read the transcript from your set up video, it did and found 3.6.27B and installed it and changed to 3.6.27 B with the terminal Hermes agent also but now the chatbot on my mac mini is having connection issues and now I can't talk to it, have been through MANY hours using Gemini to troubleshoot and it seems that the bot on my mini is still looking for the original Qwen 3.30 and doesn't want to look at 3.6.27B I now have the Hermes desktop installed but figured i would try talking to an actual human before I go any further.... sorry for being so long winded .. Thank you in advance!
