It’s a great family owned business. I’m in my 50s and can remember eating there as a little kid. We still go back from time to time with the whole family. Everything always tastes great. Their homemade warm bread and pie case are the cherry on top. Glad you discovered Sam’s restaurant!

I was told trying this is a requirement while in Texas. I have to compare it to Scotland’s national soft drink, Irn Bru. And tbh Big Red is pretty good.

After having spent a dozen years in the classroom, I can say with utmost confidence that when a kid is troubled (bullying, violent, extremely rude and entitled) you understand why when you meet the parents/family. Kids learn what they live. YOU are your children’s best hope at a good future.

@SteveLovesAmmo I hope and pray that he’s got the right support system around him to get through this tragedy without losing himself. I lost my sister, and that was really hard. I can’t imagine losing your twin sibling in such a traumatic way.
