@k1sses4mars Currently almost done with day 4 of the ‘lose a stone’ diet. I think I’ll manage because the hardest part is almost over, the next few days I actually get to eat a somewhat decent amount. But honestly don’t know how much I’ll actually lose from it
@thatdollalice No I understand you so much though. My dad passed last year and I wish sooo bad that I could’ve kept at least some of his ashes in an urn or something rather than them being buried somewhere I can only go like twice a year. I’m sorry your dad doesn’t understand
@ch3rryell Yeah I’m going on vacation for three weeks with my family in July, it’ll definitely be a struggle but I hope I can still walk lots and then try to have small portions. But I genuinely despise wasting food that my mum also spent money on
@loonyshan I’ve been drinking water between every bite for years now, just because I can’t go without it anymore, idk if I’m crazy but it feels like that’s what makes me bloated after eating? Like I’ll drink 1-1.5l litres of water during a meal, is that too much at once?

@f4vprince Wonababi wie schon von jemand anderen erwähnt. Oder für tape kannst du auch normales kinesiologie tape (oft kinesiotape) kaufen, meist kann man die nicht in so breit wie trans tape kaufen, aber sind im Grunde dasselbe und du kannst sagen dass es für Sport ist.
@anaani1771 I used to use yazio and I remember that after I set my gw to the lowest they allow and finished the set up, I could then change the gw to something lower, but they might’ve fixed that.
