@BarclaysUKHelp Thanks! Andy for a quick response. I tried connecting on 0800 022 4022 this afternoon. I had to hang up after waiting for an hour. I had an insecure chat with customer care after that and obtained this alternate contact number. Will try this number again tomorrow.

Waited for 1 hour 45 mins and the call did not connect to ⁦⁦@Barclays⁩ customer care for discussing overpayment options. I had to close the call in the end. This is not the first time. Very poor service!
