@KirkLubimov They don’t even have a proper system to handle complaints or issues. The government is to blame as they have not put any checks or balances within the system. Patients basically have no rights. It is only the medical staff that have rights and they will never accept their faults

@KirkLubimov There are so many examples similar to what you mention. My wife has struggled the same way. Had to het her operated in India. The Ombudsman here refused to blame anyone instead leaving the case to just process. If I as a professional got treated this way - what about others?
