Whenever I try to offer a different perspective, reason through things, or expand on a subject, I often come across as a massive downer. ;w;
I just want to contribute, since problems are often deeper than they seem. I am not trying to tear down positive thinking, just add nuance.

@menmakii In my case, years of bullying did far more dmg than my actual appearance ever did. Once that kind of self-image gets ingrained, improving your looks doesn't magically fix it.
