@lithohlr Cannot agree more. I also don't understand the purpose of short term (yellow) catheters. Considering the price difference is only minimal between short term and long term catheters.

#ukvisa Applied for my mother's visit visa in Nov 2021. Had documents checked in Philadelphia, US in December 2021. And absolutely NO communication from @ukhomeoffice @vfsglobalcare since. There is no way to contact you, automated phone line just hangs up! What a shame !!
