Introducing $SAF on Ethereum.

The on chain layer for sustainable aviation fuel, connecting real-world SAF and green methanol production to on-chain markets.

$SAF is built alongside Southern Energy Renewables, a company constructing a $1.4 billion biomass-to-fuels facility in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. The facility converts woodchip and agricultural waste into sustainable aviation fuel and green methanol, using a gasification process designed to deliver up to 80% lower lifecycle emissions than conventional jet fuel.

Southern Energy Renewables is party to a pending merger with XCF Global, an existing renewable diesel producer, and DevvStream, a Nasdaq-listed carbon credit platform. Combined, the platform projects 356 million gallons of annual SAF capacity and $1.8 billion in 2030 revenue.

$SAF has a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens with no mint function. Liquidity is locked for 24 months, and contract ownership has been transferred away from the deploying developer. Governance is connected to the original $SAF community token on Solana, where holders receive guaranteed airdrop eligibility.

SAF has expanded to Ethereum but Solana SAF is not going anywhere.

The Solana token remains live and operational. The Ethereum deployment is an additional SAF ecosystem, not a replacement.

To recognize the community that supported SAF from the beginning, 100M SAF tokens 10% of the Ethereum supply have been allocated to existing Solana SAF holders.

Some Solana SAF was also used toward costs associated with launching the Ethereum deployment. We understand the concerns surrounding the resulting market activity and are committed to being transparent with our community.

More details on the ETH allocation and distribution process will follow through our official channels.

XCF Global, Southern Energy Renewables, and DevvStream have entered into a definitive Business Combination Agreement to create a next generation energy transition platform.

The proposed combination brings together complementary capabilities across:

• Sustainable aviation fuel and renewable fuels
• Green methanol and methanol to jet pathways
• Environmental asset development and monetization
• Carbon credits and renewable energy attributes
• Advanced energy infrastructure
• Long term fuel offtake and commercialization

The objective is to build an integrated, globally scalable platform connecting energy production, infrastructure, and environmental markets.
