For the eventual deluge of lawsuits, let me create one more piece of evidence right now:

We have said for four years, $amc will squeeze (and $gme). We have also provided countless mountains of research on how, and why. When it happens, this post is a reminder, brokers have had years to prepare.

This means if we see outages, and retail locked out of participating in any amount of live-market hours, no matter the excuse, this is at best negligence and at worst fraudulent behavior.

We will not accept "high internet traffic", malware, ddos, lags, hardware issues, or any other contrived excuse.

In fact, let me say before it happens. Any broker who is down during market hours during a squeeze, owes retail the ability (retroactively) to sell at peak price during the outage.
