Something needs to be done to enforce the idiots that cross two solid lines and take the shoulder around traffic on Highway 400/404 everyday!!

Especially at the bottom north of the 401.

Crossing two solid lines is careless driving under the highway traffic, no?

Just like in the game #SIMcity, traffic will drive residents / tourism away, something drastic needs to happen!

Pedestrian-Law awareness campaigns (ie. flashing hands), reduce Construction-stopping of morning rush traffic and less Lane Reductions.
