UNITED STATES: A train crashed into a truck in the city of Pecos, Texas, causing the train to derail and crashing into the Chamber of Commerce building.

The train derailment occurred at about 5 pm on Wednesday, December 18, near Oak Street and Dot Stafford Street.

Officials are currently advising the public to avoid the area until the situation is resolved.

There were no immediate reports of casualties.
