Most of all, we appreciate concerned residents' unwavering support & the legal assistance of Atty William J. Cluck. As we look ahead, we are hopeful the community is an integral part of any plans the developer may put forward, and @CampHillPA Council may consider.
Today's 66-page opinion by @ccpa_net Judge Tom Placey is the result of many determined Borough residents, who united and championed the greater health, safety, and welfare of our community. Thank you for your continued engagement and determination.
This was never about the restaurant per se; it was the adverse impact of the increased traffic resulting from the proposed development with which residents were rightly concerned.
We appreciate Judge Placey's thoughtful review of the appeal, & we look forward to the developer putting forth a more suitable land use plan that is both mindful & respectful of the surrounding community and fully complies with the @CampHillPA's land use and zoning ordinances.
