@AirFranceCA I tried to do the right thing. My parents were diverted, put on a bus, but also booked on a flight. I cancelled the unused flight online so seats wouldn't sit empty. Your site wiped out their entire return trip! Now I'm out financial loss unfairly. Claim 11554252.

@ServiceOntario At least you people should email the people who have booked appointments. I had left important meetings and walked down in this snow storm to get my health card and there they tell , services are down. Is it fixed now at least?
It is very important for me to get my health card.
