I wish the ambience lighting option in @MahindraRise XUV 7XO was sold as an accessory rather than keeping it only for AX7L and not even AX7T.

@AmazonHelp Its a simple issue of warranty Claim where the vendor is not responding and you as the platform for vendor are also not able to do anything. @amazonIN is making it complex and as a customer I am to suffer.

No solution on my complaint isprovided by @amazonIN . Made me wait for >90min on call and asking me to go bact to the place where I purchased the defective product for its refund.

I raised complaint regarding non working of my @amazonIN bought pwr bank of Urbn both at ecom website and Urban site. However I have seen no response from either. The product is under warranty wch exp on 29 Jun, & its impossbl to cntct Amzn Cust Care. @jagograhakjago @amazonhelp

It is not having such brands that do not even reply back to their customers and I purchased from amazon for the confidence of support.

They just call you, fix test ride and nvr show up.

This is exp of Delhi, Dwarka sec 20 shwrm. Its been > 20 days and I've just been gvn false hopes.
Its my 2nd complaint, and if not resolved , spks alot abt Tata's cust support.

I'm in Delhi Palam area and the showrooms in question are Tata motors ar Dwarka and Mahindra at Mayapuri and Mahipalpur.

@TataMotors @tata_cars as well as @MahindraRise are not even giving their vehicles for us to have test rides. Every time either their vehicle of test drive is damaged, have some problems with engine or gone out of station. Do they want us to just purchase w/o a test ride?

I've an @AxisBank account and in the banking app I do txr money with the purpose written at the remarks. But when I see the bank statements, the remarks are no where to be seen. I cald Cust Care but to no help.
