@SwiggyCares I am still waiting on a resolution

[Nupur's Noises @SagorikaC]

@Swiggy my mum's bday. Placed an order which gets placed without payment and then the discount code is not available on the credit card
Thought I'd cancel and place again and this is what happens.
I have no dinner for my mum's bday and I am a swiggy one member
Switching to Zomato

[Nupur's Noises @SagorikaC]

@SwiggyCares I will be available between 9 am to 10 am tomorrow morning

[Nupur's Noises @SagorikaC]

@SwiggyCares Further, without confirming the payment why was my order placed in the first place

[Nupur's Noises @SagorikaC]

@SwiggyCares The delay was at your end in responding to my query regarding discount code else I would have cancelled within a minute
