Mr Mampeule says he had to sell two properties in Plettenburg Bay but they stayed on the market for three years. He says now he has offers because more people want to move to the coast and work from home because they can work from anywhere

Alternative building technologies (ABT) that encompass more economically effective, environmentally friendly building materials and construction methods are being considered to make it quicker, easier and cheaper to build compared to bricks and mortar.
