you know one thing I don’t understand?

indian law caps payment terms for MSME manufacturers at 45 days

i understand the cash flow part, but if suppliers want export OEM customers, that will almost never work

globally buyers who want to work with the small-midsize manufacturers in India almost certainly have to work through some intermediary bc of this

if you’re in sourcing or procurement and your company grows through acquisitions:

same part being bought at different prices across different divisions

if your total spend is larger then 500M, you could easily find 5-10M in savings if not more

pull your top 20 sku’s across divisions, cross reference supplier & price.
