@FedExHelp I spoke directly to @FEDEX Croatia 10 minutes ago and was told this. I use @FEDEX for my work, but needed private collection. Going to move all across to #UPS as they were instantly helpful and will collect for private person.

@FedEx nice one FEDEX always liked the whole FEDEX concept, but now I have become a detractor with a 1 on NPS. Have been told in Croatia FEDEX does not work with private people. Not good. Will only collect my parcel if I am a company. Explain that to me.

@expatincroatia @tomellis17 Great read and so true, I work in the yachting industry and this also applies in every Captains office across Croatia. Trogir does it differently to Split and then there is Dubrovnik who are on another planet if you get the wrong time of day and person.
