Speed ran all my finances with Claude and the stats aren’t that bad 🙌

So to live in Pune my monthly burn for food, home, appliances and house help is about 40K and the yearly burn is 5.2L

And 5.2L a year gets me a 2.5BHK house fully furnished all for myself, good air quality, noise pollution close to nil, gym, swimming pool and a beautiful view away from the city, worth it I believe?

Unrelated post but the reports of Nirmal Purja missing in the avalanche incident yesterday has made me really sad.

Nims Dai is a legend and his persistence to go through life helped me a lot during my tough times. Words will fall short to express what his loss would mean to this world but the chances of survival are getting slim with every passing second.

You are a legend and people who will read and watch about you will always come out stronger in life. May god protect you sir🙏❤️
