@umd_dcc I found the musubi project very interesting. This project is used to illustrate how technology is now shaping our reality. The “portals” someone can take at geographic locations is very cool. #CapstoneFair
@JaiUpadhyayDCC These unique thoughts lead to more diverse solutions which are needed for overall growth in a society. Questions without answers stimulate the thought process.

@sarah_dcc I agree, compliments put pressure on us to continue to do well. It's as if we are trying to pursue compliments rather than actual accomplishments.

The word failure has so many negative connotations but should be taken in a more positive aspect because without failure, we wouldn't know where to improve.

@stang10DCC @FreedmanBrent @tylerkitts1 I disagree brent. In Sam's case, they show old lines of Java, but did not ask her to write using old Java. The same could be done with the internet by providing complete access but identify how the new tech is sufficiently better than the old.

@maroonvaroon Interesting article Varun. I completely agree that technology for toddlers has far more benefits than faults, but check out this article about the dangers of children only using technology.

@JaiUpadhyayDCC It is strange to think about how students did not rely on technology for their classes. Their method of looking up information was going to the library and manually looking it up book to book. This seems so obsolete compared to the internet.

@JaiUpadhyayDCC I agree. When I think about how school would be without the internet, I would not succeed as much as I do now. I would admit that I am too dependent on the internet, but it is a crucial component in the education system.

This is an interesting link that depicts the different internet speeds in various countries. It is so strange to realize that internet speeds in different parts of the country are so low https://t.co/VyvQOvwjDK

@DylanBDCC @FreedmanBrent I agree with dylan, although the cost of materials for a laptop is relatively cheap, you are paying for the innovation.

@stang10DCC @DylanBDCC @FreedmanBrent I agree. The real issue at hand is do we go wireless or physical since there is a possibility of an attack either way.
#dcc105
@stang10DCC @DylanBDCC @FreedmanBrent However, if we go completely wireless, we are depending more on our ability to defend against cyber attacks which is already difficult to deal with.
#dcc105
@DylanBDCC @FreedmanBrent I agree with Dylan. We have more control over physical connections and there is less chance of cyber attacks that could effectively impact everyone who uses the internet
