I saw a japanese comment on youtube saying "Persona 6 trailer looks really scary, it's almost like they will not get a spin-off where all of the characters are dancing"
Man.... I just realized that this is potentially gonna be the last time the Final Fantasy VII remake and Persona remake games are gonna be releasing together like this.
PERSONA 6 DESCRIPTION
Persona 6 brings everything beloved about the series into a bold new story. The signature blend of heartfelt daily life and pulse-pounding supernatural adventure returns, wrapped around a completely fresh, standalone story and new cast of characters. Whether you've been with the series since the beginning or this is your very first Persona experience, you belong here.
Unleash Your Persona. Forge Unbreakable Bonds. Awaken the power of Persona, a manifestation of your innermost self, and discover others who share this extraordinary ability. Every relationship you nurture makes you stronger. Every bond you forge becomes a weapon against the darkness lurking within.
Live a Double Life in Modern-Day Japan. Navigate the rhythms of everyday school life and build friendships, pursue romance, and cultivate memories that matter. But beneath the surface of familiar streets and quiet neighborhoods lies something darker: strange rumors, unsettling urban legends, and occult incidents that only you and your closest allies can face.
New to the Series? Learn about the journey. The Persona series has over 30 years of history, but every numbered entry tells its own complete, standalone story - no prior experience required! Beginning in 1996 with "Revelations: Persona" as a spin-off of the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, Persona has since become a flagship RPG series for ATLUS.
Now, Persona 6 promises the perfect entry point into one of gaming's most beloved franchises for newcomers and a haunting, profound new mystery for those who have been waiting.
FF16 is def the weirdest Final Fantasy I've played. It looks like FF, sounds like FF, and has FF elements, but doesnt feel like FF. Not that it's a bad thing, but it feels...different. Pretty interesting innovation coming off of FF15, but Im enjoying it
In a seamlessly connected open world, Cloud and his companions take to the skies aboard the airship Highwind, embarking on a sweeping journey across the world as a crisis looms over the planet.
The entire planet is freely explorable & players can drop in via parachute anywhere.
The thing about this series is that its genuinely just not something you see in gaming anymore. It's one consistent story told in a serialized format with an extremely high budget that iterates and expands on each release without compromising itself. Released in a short period
