Something truly disheartening has happened.
I received a commission request via DM from a follower and provided a detailed price quote along with the project specifications. Even though the person reviewed and agreed to everything, at the very last stage, they suddenly claimed they didn't have the money.
Why didn't they just say it wasn't feasible from the start? I simply don't understand. I had quoted the price and proceeded with the discussion based on our mutual agreement, only to be let down like this. I’ve wasted so much time over the past few days.
It is a massive waste and a huge blow—not just to my artistic career, but also to my genuine clients. It is truly saddening.
I want to connect with people who will commission me in good faith. I look forward to hearing from you all via DM.
